Thomas Vosler (Vosseller) - Thomas Father

An assumption was made that William A. Vosseller was the father of Thomas Vosler. William was born in New Jersey, lived and probably married in Pennsylvania. He died in Naples Wisconsin. He also had a son Thomas and a wife Matilda.. Thomas was born in the area of Naples Wisconsin and listed his parents as William and Matilda on his marriage certificate. The assumption is that William changed his last name from Vosseller to Vosler when he moved to Wisconsin. If anyone has "proof" of this, please let me know by posting it here.
