In fact, there are only six sons and two daughters proven for him that are all named in his 27 Apr 1733 Will, not the 18 children cited in this profile. This line is well documented through several generations in the 1995 book entitled 'The Five Thomas Harrises of Isle of Wight County Virginia' by the eminent professional genealogist John A Brayton that refutes all of the prior John Boddie 1954 claims and those of Robert E Harris in 1994 that copied these Boddie claims verbatim. Those people that built this profile need to do the research in the original records and not borrow undocumented claims from someone else's trees.
