Getting application errors during the past 15 minutes. Tried to download a new copy of the App to reinstall and got another application error. What's up?

Restarted the SmartCopy server.. should hopefully be back up.

There are some problems with Geni record matches (see https://www.geni.com/discussions/156925?msg=1156071). Do you have any idea what could be the problem?

I think that would be a MyHeritage issue.

Looks like it is down again.

For me is working well, and I love the "consistency check".

I get no response from SmartCopy. It worked fine 12 hours ago. I have version 4.2.11.

Magnus, It's not working for me either.

Not working for me either (that is, the "copy" function).

The "consistency check" will continue to work, because that is rather "local" to your computer and only needs the data directly from Geni.

However, the "copy" (i.e.: Authorize the user) depends on a non-Geni server ... and that appears to be off-line.

Now its back. Since an hour or so. Fantastic app. (Allthough copying from Wikitree and Swedish Household Eamniation books .is buggy)

Hmmm ... the Heroku platform for SmartCopy just got a notice of maintenance on a network line starting about 2pm EDT; maybe they've been having some issues recently.

It seems the performance / availability issues started about 3:30am EDT; an 11:20-ish restart restored availability, but some performance / access issues still are showing up (in my usage). Hopefully things will be back to normal after the "maintenance" is complete (whenever that is).

Network line maintenance ended ~3pm EDT.

Seems to be down after 11 a.m. Was working earlier.

Working for me; the 'stats' show one 'failed' request between 11:50am & noon EDT.
