I have not seen it. The will is quoted in the Ness Family History, Mathias Ness, Alsatian Blacksmith - His Roots and His Heritage by Evan C Goodling Jr - January 1994.

His will and will abstract which includes the Philadelphia Will number is in the ABOUT section of his geni profile and has been for many years. You could try Ancestry for an image or go to Philadelphia to get a copy for the price of printing the image or an image can be ordered but I'm not sure of the charge. There are also wills there for the early Prestons of Philadelphia from whom I am also descended. I do have an image of the will of William Preston who died in 1717 if you are related and want it.
BTW - Will abstracts for PA wills through 1825 are available online by county through PAgenweb archives, just google "County Name will abstracts". Here is the link for Philadelphia: http://usgwarchives.net/pa/philadelphia/willsabst.htm
