Hi everyone, I'm at the NGS conference with Nancy Billings (Carter) who has researched this line extensively for DAR and the Carter societies. She's certain the parents of this Charles B. Carter are Daniell Carter (1697) and Elizabeth Saulter (sp?). It looks like we don't have them on the tree, but I've invited Nancy to come in here and set it right. I'm sure she's happy to share the documentation she's found (including DNA evidence).
