GEDCOM Export is not working for me

In the last couple of weeks I have made several attempts to export GEDCOMs as I have done for years. In each case I saw a % Progress indicator in a little box titled "Tasks" on my homepage. None of the GEDCOMs arrived at my designated email address.

After diligently searching in HELP and BUG Reports I finally gave up. What could be the problem?

You don't get the GEDCOM by mail, just a message that the GEDCOM is ready for download, with a link to it.

The link is unfortunately a cryptical link which many security systems might warn about, so your mail is probably stopped by your firewall and flagged as junk mail.

I really don't understand why the download link have to be encrypted, because all what it leads to is this location where you can check if there is a GEDCOM ready for download:
https://www.geni.com/gedcom/download

I did not express myself clearly. Of course the GEDCOM does not arrive by mail.
In the past I received an email message directing me to the Geni download address, just as you describe. This message did not arrive at my ISP (Comcast) as email or Spam.

But did you find something at https://www.geni.com/gedcom/download ?

yes, indeed! Thank you for pointing this out.

It was the most recent request for my Blood Tree.

Now I'll have to re-request my Forest.
