Henry Offley, died in infancy - Incorrect Display Name

Looks correct for me. Nobody have a comma in their name, so it is obvious that the part after the comma is a suffix/information

died in infancy should be in the Cause of Death field.

This is a NON issue. The user who is quite intelligent and expert chose to do it this way for a reason I presume. There is no ONE way to prevent people merging two siblings with the same name, one of whom died young, and that is usually why people do MORE than simply put died young in the cause of death.
