This also proves that Benjamin was born between Sep 1701 and Mar 1712 when Judith Edwards Harris filed the appraisal of he estate of her deceased husband Thomas Harris. In 1758, Mary Harris, the only child of the decease Benjamin Harris, signed a quit claim as the 'sole heir' .
