The records I have seen list just three children for Thomas and Ann: Samuel, Timothy, and Thomas. The Margaret listed here as a child is given a birth date of 1628 and since Ann was born in 1623 and Ann and Thomas were married in 1643, it is clearly not possible that someone born in 1628 is their daughter.
