I like that you have included instructions on how to change language settings on the Default page.
I think that it would look better if those two sentences were at the top of the page. I would also suggest that the rest of the page could be just the English version rather than the current triplicate as the same info is in the relevant langauge tabs, which you have just explained how to access... i think.
