I have official ecords for John Walker from his birth to his death and WIlliam does not occur in any of them. He lived all his life in Scotland, and I can find no evidence that he married Isabella Shiel. I no longer maintain this database, but his reccord on Wikitree will be updtaed with all the appropriate sources in due course
