Apparently that old site has finally been retired (although G*d knows why, because it worked really well). This is now the new site (not all info has been transferred – and it doesn't work nearly as well):

Apparently there have already been so many queries and complaints that there is a possibility that they will run both concurrently – but, to be honest, I'm not sure how true that is (I still optimistically click back on the old link every now and then just to be sure ...), as I haven't been following the debate that closely. (As you can imagine, many folk are furious ...)

The old site is/was definitely superior - bad news if it will be phased out!!
