Hi Joan,

Thanks for making contact. I hope my information is of use, I have tried to be as accurate as possible. I was born in New Zealand, where my great grandfather James Hardiman immigrated to in the 1800s from Ireland. He purchased farm land in the Riversdale district, Southland NZ circa 1894. This farm is still in the family some 123 years later. I understand that his brother William came to NZ, then later moved to Australia. I live in Qld Australia, though am currently in NZ on holiday.
Have plenty of further info I can share dependent on your level of interest.
Regards,
Michael Fitzgerald

Joan

No worries, my email is mhfitz@mail.com
Are you living in Aussie? Trying to place you on the tree.
If I am correct: Minnie was the daughter of William Hardiman,
William and my great grandfather James Hardiman where brothers.
Their parents in ireland where Patrick & Bridget Hargadon (the name was anglized/changed to Hardiman). They lived in Annaghdown Co. Galway, Ireland.

Regards

Michael
