is there anyone with information of the Jews in Bielsk Podlaski? my great-grandfather was born there (at least in that area) The surname is Meyerson/Mejerson (could be other variations at well). Bielsk Podlaski is in Podlaskie, near Bransk, Orla, and Bialystok.
My family connections to that area are: Meyerson/Mejerson from Bielsk Podlaskie, Yablon (Jablonowicz) from Bransk OR Bielsk P.
I do know my 2nd great grandmother, Zisel Mejerson (maiden name unknown) died around the Nazi invasion of Bielsk P, and my 2nd great grandfather Itzhak (other variations) died before 1940. I also know about 3 or four of Itzhak and Zisel's daughters were killed in the holocaust. (my grandfather says Auschwitz but I think they couldve been in Treblinka also bc they lived close to Treblinka) and they were all married with different surnames, all unknown.
