It wasn't changed, itself; as you can see on the revisions tab, it was created as Unknown.

If you click on the child, though, you can see that the parents who were there before have been disconnected, and Unknown parents put in; the overview on the child explains why.

Well, I don’t seem to have touched that profile myself, but as I say, the Overview explains recent corrections.
