John Walker, IV - link to last will

Just a note that the PDF (http://www.ronsgospelmusic.org/walkers/walkers.pdf) has a number of differences with the current Walker branch on Geni -- the differences which raise the 'caution' flag to me have to do with the birth locations. There may very well be a 'mixing' of Walker families in that time period which need to be documented and sorted-out. (Bring out the "sorting hat"! <smile>)

I was using the "ourfamtree" page to add missing children and to get the text of the Will of John Walker-IV (which is now added on the Sources tab).

There is this issue of the children of John-1734:

The will has:

"It is my will and I order that the remainder of my estate after my funeral expenses and lawful debts are discharged be equally divided between my son Joseph, Alexander, James, Samuel, Andrew, and William, and my daughter Mary Graham and Margaret Phresher and the children of my son John deceased is to have a tenth part of the said remainder of my estate equally divided between them and the same to be divided equally between the children of my daughter, Jean Raugh, deceased,"

" and I do herebv constitute and appoint in beloved wife Margret and my sons Joseph and Alexander sole executors of this my last will and testament, ..."

The 'ourfamtree' page does not explicitly have a "Joseph" as a son, though it does have a Daniel J. (currently on Geni as Daniel Joseph Walker) ... there is also that bothersome singular of "son" -- and the following "Alexander, James,Samuel,Andrew" -- none of which are shown on that site as sons of John-IV!! There is a daughter Margaret Blair (Margaret Jane Blair), not a Margaret Phresher, and there is not a daughter Jean.

I've separated Elizabeth Long (Mary Elizabeth Walker) from this John Walker-IV (she has the other children previously associated with John: Mary 'Polly' / 'Martha' Snider, Walter Walker, and Thomas Walker-1667). I added another profile for a John Walker as the spouse of Elizabeth Long (and father of those children), but that needs to be supported/documented, too.

Kind of a mess!

Another, perhaps original copy, of the Will could be helpful. So, too, would be other reliable references & documents.
