273. Timothy5 FLANDERS (144.Jedediah4, 108.Daniel, Sr.3, 98.Steven, II2, 97.Steven, I1) was born 14 Apr 1732 in Salisbury, MA. Timothy died 26 Aug 1765 in Amesbury, MA, at the age of 33.
NOTES for Timothy: Aug.26, 1765, Jedidiah Flanders, father of Timothy Flanders, acted as administrator of his son Timothy's estate, and provided for Timothy's two sons, Levi and Daniel. Timothy's land adjoined that of Jacob Weed (K:4).
He married Betty FITTS 2 Dec 1752 in South Hampton, NH. She was born 5 Feb 1733 in South Hampton, NH. She was the daughter of Richard FITTS and Sarah BROWN .

DANIEL FLANDERS, b. Feb.5, 1737/38, Salisbury, Mass.; d. Sept.28, 1817, Hopkinton, N.H. (Bible rec. R:960); m. (int.Nov.14, 1761) Dec.10, 1761, Amesbury, Mass., to Sarah Weed (P:1); b. Feb.28, 1742, Amesbury (Bible Rec R:960); d. Mch. 30, 1831, Hopkinton, N.H. (Bible rec.,R:960). Daniel Flanders was made Executor of his father Jedediah Flanders' will, and shared with his two brothers, Barnard and Jedidiah, the residue of the estate, after all legacies had been paid (K:4). As administrator of the estate,he entered a bill against the estate for the support of the sons of his brother, Timothy; Levi and Daniel, being minors (K:4). Dec.2, 1771, he purchased land in Hopkinton (I:7). In 1776, he signed the Association Test in Hopkinton. He enlisted Capt. John Hale's co.,Col. Henry Gerrish's regt., as Serg., Sept.29, 1777; discharged, Oct.25, 1777 (Gothers. I order my son Timothy to cultivate and carry on my homestead according to the rules of good husbandry; to my son Moses Flanders of Enfield, husbandman, 130 acres of land where Moses now dwells, given to me by quit claim deed by Jonathan Quimby; to my sons Moses and Timothy Flanders I give my wearing apparel to be equally divided between them; to my daughter Molly Straw, wife of Samuel Straw, $100 to be paid by my son Timothy within one year of my decease; also the household belongings after the decease of my wife Sarah Flaners; to my son Timothy the whole of my homestead containing about 100 acres of land with buildings, also 22 acres of land in Henniker. I nominate Timothy Flanders executor of my estate. Apr.13, 1810. Wit. by B. Dustin and Hepsibah Dustin. Aaron Greeley & David Carlton. Administrator appointed Oct.28, 1817 (K:6). On Nov.22, 1813, one of the witnesses ofhe will having died, Daniel republished his will. Oct.28, 1817, as the executor, Timothy Flanders named in the will, died before the death of the testator, the guardian of the principal & residuary legatees requested that the administration should be granted to Bodwell Emerson, sd guardian (K:6). He married Sarah WEED 10 Dec 1761 in Amesbury, MA Title: (P:1).. She was born 28 Feb 1742 in Amesbury, MA Title: Bible Record (R:960). Sarah died 30 Mar 1831 in Hopkinton, NH, at the age of 89 Title: Bible Record (R:960).

It appears to me that there was never any marriage between Daniel Flanders and Betty Fitts. Nancy Flanders was born two years after Timothy and Betty were wed. Please state your source for the information in your chart.
