William Oates - Ducuments

Hello!
I don't use geni a lot and I just use it for research (hence my small family tree here) however my other family tree stretches to the early 1700s.
I have been researching William Oats, married to Sarah Wright (Oats) and I was wondering if you have any documents which you used to find out about William Oates. I'm fairly confident our two William Oates are the same. However, I know he was a laboror and then a builder later on. At death i have some information that links an estate of about £300 worth to him and then all his family as well.

So if it is the same person, I would really appreciate if you could share with me any documents you have about him.
