In the obituary for Rubin(Reuben Rudolf) Feig, http://anno.onb.ac.at/cgi-content/anno?apm=0&aid=ptb&datum=...
Josef Feig is listed as brother to Rubin.
I'm wondering if this is the same person?

Well, as it stands now , it's just the same name, and apparently not a very rare name. I would not jump to conclusions . This needs to be researched . But maybe with time and help of other users some more information about this Josef Feig may surface .
