First, commoners didn't have middle names back then.

Whoever copied this couple into the 1500s invented a whopper trying to tie this couple as the parents of Gabriel Wheldon, whose daughter, Catherine married Giles Hopkins of the Mayflower.

Some people find it hard to understand how, if Giles Hopkins of the Mayflower had married a woman who was the daughter or a niece of the chief of a local Indian tribe, that Governor Bradford would have neglected to mention it in his journal.

Margaret (2nd wife) has all sorts of death dates on many trees prior to 1555, but if she's the same Margaret listed in his will who four kids from his first marriage took to court in 1555, then they're all wrong.

Trenda and William don't deserve to be shown like this on Geni.com.
