This D. Roberts family seems to be on the 1850 map of Middletown http://ancestortracks.com/PhiSur_Middletown(Bucks)_1850.jpg .
The observation that pops up is that J. Saxton does not love very far away: (on Bridetown Pike just across the Neshaminy in Northampton Township.

but this David Roberts married Elizabeth Stokes in Wrightown (1804)

Phebe was born in 1801-1802... so this rules out David Roberts of Richland

I should mention also that the year of birth for David matches up across the board...(1772)
