The 1900 census shows a girl named Luzie as the third child born in 1899. It shows ages of children less than one year old as fractions of a year but that entry is hard to make out.
Ok, Tom, mystery solved! I talked to Geraldine. I have Helen being the third child and actually Luzie (Lucy) is the third and Helen the fourth child. Thank you. I also found the name of the 11th child - Ursula. She didn't die at birth, she lived at least until 5 months old. I don't have the names of the 15th, 16th, and 17 children. They must have been born and died in between censuses. Thanks!
