Change grandchildren Christine Peterson and Laura Peterson to step grandchildren?

Take a closer look in the Relationships tab under edit profile: The parents of a child is a pull-down menu where you easily can move a child to another nearby pair. It is easiest to do this in tree view since you get a visual feedback when done.

The requirement is of course that this pair already are in the tree (add a temporary unknown spouse if one of the new parents is not known)

Over longer distances you might move in several steps.

You(?) have given Christine three parents which will create a Tree Conflict, it looks like a litte yellow street sign with an ! when you look at her profile in the family tree. Click on that ! and when the next screen comes up at the bottom select Assign Parents then just follow the prompts to make ? Peterson her only father.

Once you have done that you can click on Laura's profile in Tree view and select Move. This will create a second floating profile for Laura. Navigate through the tree until you get to ? Peterson's profile and then drop Laura's profile on top of his. A menu will pop up with several relationship options, select She is his Daughter (or words to that affect). Laura will now have two fathers and you will need to resolve this conflict the same way as described for Christine.

If you *have* three parents, that's quite OK, but only one pair can be listed as "biological" parents; the other ones have to be "adopted" or "foster".

Step-parents work fine without being explicitly marked as parents.

Changed Laura and Christine Peterson is fathered by Peterson . Mother Georgette Nederlk Georgette remarried James Nederlk who is now their stepfather. Don't know father Peterson first name.!

Private , I think I have the tree correct now for Private User is now the STEP-father of the two girls.

Could you please check it.
