I am looking for higher resolution photos of Mary Ophelia (Gay) Lishman and her family. I am a descendant of her brother Charles Archibald
Gay. Jpeg would be great.

Please keep in mind that almost nobody will know that you have made this post nor will those people who know that you've made it know who you are talking about.

One way to remmedy that would be to link to the profile in question. To do that simply go to the profile and in the URL you'll see the long number, it usually starts with 6000... copy that number. Then as within a message or as a response to this message post [[number]] where "number" is the number you've copied.

Alternatively when you want to start such a discussion you can go to the discussions part of the profile in question.

If, on the other hand, you have intended this message to go out only to your family members, please make sure to select "family group" when posting the new message.

Wish you the best of luck in finding the photos you are looking for. Do not forget to upload them here.

Well...you found it. I found geni on a google search for a related family. The low Rez photos were on this site. The person who put these photos on here would certainly know what I am talking about. Anyone else reading it does not matter. I have been going this for 45 years, no rush. There must be a new massage inbox somewhere. I did see the link thing, have yet to get around to it.

No, you don't quite understand it. I have seen it by accident, and wanted to help you. If you do not wish to tag the profile, then that's fine, but please know that nobody will know what you are talking about.

This is akin to you throwing a message in a bottle. That's true that "the person who uploaded the photos would know who you are talking about", but chances are that anybody, except that person would find your bottle.
