I'm confused how so many people believe that Thomas is James and John's father. I see no documents to prove this except all these genealogy sites. However, a book written in early 1900s about Decatur, references John and James as being part of the famous Antrams and coming directly from England. As does the book Genealogies of New Jersey Families.
I don't know who is their father was and through my research it's becoming more clear that I'll never know.
