The testimony simply states that he was born in Poland without specifying exactly where. However if you click on the map, the icon indicating where he was born takes you to a place near Lodz.
This could be random i.e. the administrator dropped the icon on a random location in Poland. Or perhaps it isnt random and that is indeed his birthplace. Its interesting because i assumed that he was born closer to Warsaw since his brother Shraga Feivish Vigoda lived and married at Dobrzyn nad Wisla.
May I also point out that there are two locales named Wygoda in the Lodz region.

I'm thinking now that during an interview of Samuel Vigoda back in the 80's conducted by ethnomusicologist Marc Slobin, the latter queried Vigoda whether he was born near Kazimierz. Perhaps Shraga Feivish Vigoda and his brother Aharon were indeed born near Kazimierz (in this case the Kazamierz likewise located in the Lodz Voivodeship-which is [or near] either one of the two locations in the area called 'Wygoda'. Perhaps this is where the family took its name. Listen to the interview here http://wesscholar.wesleyan.edu/interviews/116/ (at the :50 mark). Maybe Slobin knows something I dont..
Speculation on my part at this point.
New update.
Seems like Aron's brother, Shraga Feivish was actually born in Rozan, Poland. It's safe to assume that Aron was born there as well.
This is the same place where actor Abe Vigoda's ancestors came from as well. I've recently been sent some documents and am trying to make the connection between our families. Suffice it to say that the name tzvi or hershel recurs often in our family, i.e. we are all descended from a common ancestor named Tzvi Vigoda.
This profile is bugging the hell out of me.
Alfred Warner
After chasing many false leads, i am now fairly certain that i've finally succeeded in tracking down those elusive Weisbergers from Cleveland. Trying to contact the administrators of those profiles with little success thus far.
You know back in 06 i was in contact with Robert Vigoda, son of Cantor Vigoda abd he informed me that he recognized my surname, that his father told him about a cousin Rabbi Weissberger in Cleveland who had a son named Al Weisberger. Most importantly, he told me, that they changed their last name to Warner!
