Aryeh Leib Heller, Kahana - Did Ketzot Hachoshen Have a Nephew Aryeh Leibish?

It’s not disputed that Aryeh Leib aka Ketzot Hachoshen (1745-1812) was a son of Yosef HELLER KAHANA and brother of my ancestor Rabbi Yehuda ben Yosef HELLER KAHANA aka Kuntres Hasfeikos (1743-1819), who was one of the first rabbis of Sziget, Maramaros. Some researchers assert that R. Yehuda ben Yosef had a son Aryeh Leibish, who was probably named after his father’s brother. Does anyone have sources to support this assertion?

I am a descendant of Rabbi Arye Leibish the Son of Rabbi Yehuda, but why claim that he has named after his fathers brother???
