Estimated date of birth doesn't seem to work

I have tried to search for this on public discussions, couldn't find it, quite strange...

Yevgeniya Sergeyevna Borisenko, the daughter was born in 1904.
Sergey Shilkin is the father with the unknown date.

The estimated date of birth given to me is 1843-1903. I beg to differ, i believe that it is actually quite a bad estimate. The estimation, at least to me, means that it doesn't have to provide a full range of possible dates, but rather the most likely date where i should look, and 1903 just isn't such a date.
