Rev. Andrew Baker - Father of Rev. Andrew Baker (1749-1815).

A cousin of mine just pointed out that John Tenneretta Baker is listed here as a brother of Rev. Andrew Baker two times; the last time being misspelled as "John Terrenta" and appearing to be a separate person. There most definitely was only one John Tenneretta Baker who was a brother of the Rev. Andrew Baker. Although I'm somehow listed here as a "manager", I don't know how to change this error. So, I'm hoping someone will correct it. Thanks!

I believe there is some incorrect information posted on this site about my 6th g-grandfather. I'm Y-DNA matched to Rev Andrew Baker 1749-1815. He is my 5th g-grandfather. However, as far as I know, his father's identity has not yet been established beyond question. By a signature on a document (maybe the only hint in existence), the most likely candidate for his father was Andrew William Baker, Sr (or Esq) 1692-1781. If this is true, then there is an error being posted in several places here that says that Andrew William Baker Sr/Esq's father was Robert James Baker 1660-1728 ("The Gunmaker").
