Cornelia Jacobsz van de Caap (Jacobs), SM - Mitochondrial DNA

I am looking for anyone who's maternal (mitochondrial ancestor) is Cornelia Jacobs van de Caap. You might help me solve an old family riddle. My ancestor was Hester Botha (married to Stephanus Albertus Bekker). A mitochondrial analysis came back as being Haplogroup U2. Up till now, I have assumed that her mother was Helena Dorothea Scheepers. However, mitochondrial analysis for her has came back as being Haplogroup J1. The other option was that Hester Bothas mother was Martha Petronella Landman. Her ancestor was Cornelia Jacobsz. To determine if Cornelia Jacobs was indeed her ancestor, I would like someone who is a direct maternal descendant of her, to undergo a mitochondrial test (on my costs) to determine a match.
