We have four duplicate profiles for him, all of them erroneously connected to "Malcolm MacHeth". His dates alone makes this absolutely impossible (he was one to two generations *older* than MacHeth).

His actual ancestry is *not* known, although he may have been a son of "HERBERT de Ros (-after 13 Jan 1103).
