Inaccessible Geni link on MyHeritage SmartMatch pages

Started by Will Chapman (Vol. Curator) on Saturday, December 12, 2015

I've reported this several times over the past few years and again once I became a curator. Personally, I find it a big time waster that occurs quite frequently. I've tested it on several browsers and it doesn't improve.

Interestingly, the profile in the link below still displays the issue even though all of the MH smartmatches that needed confirming/rejecting have now been resolved. Even without any MH data, the link to the Geni profile is not accessible.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? (As you will see I have suggested a simple solution - place the link at the Top of the column that shows the Geni prolile rather than (or in addition to) the one at the bottom.
