Six of one, half a dozen of other - I've seen both spellings. (They weren't too picky about spelling back then, either.)

In old handwriting Anne was often written as Ane with a macron above the n, An̄e, which does not exits as a single code in Unicode, so the macron is often dropped in transcriptions.
