I am looking for anyone who can tell me about the wives of Alexander Sr. In the 1850 Census it shows him married to Matilda Johnson and list all the children they had. Then in the 1860 Census it shows him married to Ettille Peterson who is the one buried in my family cemetery. But I see in the research of others that Alexander Jr. was married to Matilda Johnson. The birth and death date of this woman do not make sense to me. In the 1850 Census, Matilda was 35 and Alexander Jr. was 15. I am so confused.....I need help.
Alexander Henry Sr. is my Great Great Grandfather. His family cemetery is on my family land. I have photos of the headstones and some pictures of some of the family.
