The technology isn't there yet. Maybe someday. The DNA projects are just normal Geni projects where each person has to be added manually.
We made the decision early on for the DNA projects to just add the earliest ancestor in each DNA line. I don't remember now why we decided to do it that way, but maybe it is to that people with a possible connection to another line would have a shorter list to check.
I think also the FamilyTreeDNA-projects use the rule of adding the earliest known.
I put my earliest verified in the group, I still haven't found documents verifying that her probable mother was still alive when her husband got this daughter recorded. (Theoretically his first wife could be dead and he could have married again.)
I think a good idea would be for Geni to add a field for haplogroup in the formula for the profiles. But as there is not, I also have been thinking of making notes about the haplogroups in the About sections, but am first of all working on verifying the lines and adding documentation. (We have haplogroups for my mother line, my father's two lines and my husband's.)
