Hey,

Accidentally activated the geni pro through their membership. I thought that she will be free for 14 days, but as I processed the money for a year. I wanted to ask how they can recover? Immediately canceled my membership. After all, I hope you will help me. The amount of money is not cheap, so I would like to get your money back. Thank you.

I wrote to geni.com support center, but don't get any information yet.

It's free for 14 days in the sense that "If you cancel, we'll refund". I'm sure that they will, it's just a matter of when.
