Rachel Mendez Soria (Hega) - Birth date does not add up

I have 2 sources of documentation that support the 12/25/1781 date.

The problem comes in when considering the story of her arrival as given by her son Isaac.

In the story she has married in France, had 2 children, and is in the Dominican Republic, arrives in NY at the age of 13..

Locating the French records of birth or marriage would go a long way to resolving this problem.
