Randy - speaking as a Pittsburgher, Western PA (actually Southwestern PA and parts of Ohio and WVA) and Pittsburgh are really one in the same, and there is already a Jews of Pittsburgh project. In my opinion it would be redundant. It's kind of how Southern Jersey could be considered a suburb of Philly and Northern Jersey a suburb of NYC.
