my Grandfather was born in Korolowka in 1903.

My grandfather's father was David Spitzer, who died when my grandfather was 3 years old, of a burst appendix. My grandfather, Irving (Itzak), and his 2 siblings, left with their mother and came to the USA. They traveled under the name Rubin as they came with an uncle Rubin. They never used Spitzer again. The mother's name was Rachel Spitzer who died in New York in approx. early 1930's. This is all I know. I just completed a DNA test in hopes of learning additional information.
