Looking for any relatives with links to RnS. One of my great-grandfathers, Lejzor Abromowicz lived and died there, but I don't know if his father Moses (Moshe) or grandfather Abraham (Avram) lived there. The surname is also spelled Abramowicz and Abrahamowicz.. His siblings were Rose, Efraim (Frank), Mammie and possibly Meilach. Family lore says that he was murdered by a jealous business rival when he was fairly young. His wife, my great-grandmother Jochewet Bett Abromowicz, came to the US in 1906, with their youngest child, Chaim (later Hyman, also sometimes called Herman).
