Trying to trace backwards the roots of above named relative. He was born in 1842 in Wales and died in 1903 in New Castle, Pa.
He came to America in 1867 with Sinai or Sinah Edwards ( daughter of Henry Edwards and Margaret Phillips) also of Wales.
They showed being married in 1867 but I have no official records of this. They lived the rest of their lives in New Castle, Lawrence County, Pa.
The obit in New Castle does not show mother/fathers names, so not sure where to go from there.
This would be my 3rd great grandfather. Any help would be appreciated
