Charles Boteler Sr

I have an old family bible that belonged to my ggranfather, Walter Eliason Boteler. He was the son of Beverly Waugh Boteler and Josephine Alverta Eliason Boteler. my gggrandparents. Beverly Waugh Boteler was born in 1823, in the District of Columbia (d: 1886 in hanoverville, MD). The bible has death entries for both Charles Boteler, Sr and his wife Sarah, as well as their son Jospeh Issacs Boteler and his wife Ellen. They are almost certainly relatives of Walter. I've been trying to discover the parents of Beverly Waugh Boteler for soem time, without success. Could Charles have been the father of Beverly Waugh Boteler, or maybe an uncle? Beverly worked for the B&O railroad for many years and is buried in the Mt Olivet Cemetary, in Baltimore. Does anyone have additional info on Beverly Waugh Boteler? Thanks
