Are the surnames Flores de la Torre, Flores Alatorre, and Alatorre related? I know that about 350 years ago there was a person with the name Cosme Damian de la Torre,in the state of Zacatecas, Mexico and the surname of his male children was Flores Alatorre. I am wondering if this surname was shortened to just Alatorre or is it an entirely different family?
