Hi! I just created this because I barely started to research on him and his friend - He and Brittish Captain John Pinder were trying to be the first ones to fly from Rio de Janeiro to Buenos Aires, but ended up drowning. Aliatar fell and John tried to save him. Both of them were WWI veterans too (Aliatar was a volunteer).
You'll probably find some notes in English too.
