William Lee VanDevender - @William Lee Devander

I am trying to help my aunt, Nancy Black, locate relatives of her late husband, James E. Black. Uncle Jim was born James VanDevender, son of William "Lee" VanDevender. Aunt Nancy would like to locate relatives of Frances Hammond VanDevender to learn more about Lee and the VanDevender family.
