This Margaret de Ros had been possibly miss-merged.
She is either Daughter of William de Ros, 1st Lord de Ros of Helmsley, Joint Lord and Warden of Scotland and Maud de Vaux, Baroness Helmsley who married Sir Henry le Scrope, Lord Chief Justice & possibly Hugh Mortimer, Rector at Old Radnor, connected currently as their dau. and wife of Sir Henry Scrope but not to a Sir Hugh Mortimer, also as wife of Sir Thomas Mortimer.
Or Margaret de Ros
daughter of Sir William de Roos, 2nd Lord Roos, Sheriff of Yorkshire, Constable of Wark Castle and Margery de Badlesmere who married Sir Thomas Musgrave & Edward de Bohun, ♊. Connected currently as their dau. and wife of Edward de Bohun but not to Sir Thomas Musgrave.
It is a possibility a couple of undo merges may separate the two Margaret's or possibly not.
I have placed references on the spouses profiles & have placed references for both Margaret's in the 'About' section of the Profile and will post it here as I have seen that when there is a undo merge some of the information in the 'About' section gets removed.
Please post here with ideas about how this should proceed.

*Scrope, Henry le (d.1336) by James Tait
*'''SCROPE, Sir HENRY le (d. 1336), chief justice of the king's bench''', was the eldest son of Sir William le Scrope of Bolton in Wensleydale. His mother was Constance, daughter of Thomas, son of Gillo de Newsham. His brother Geoffrey is separately noticed. Their father, who was bailiff of Richmondshire in 1294, and was knighted at the battle of Falkirk, came of an obscure family originally seated in the East Riding and North Lincolnshire. No connection can be established with the Scrupes of Gloucestershire or with Richard FitzScrob [see Richard, (fl. 1060)]. The name is said to mean crab, and a crab was their crest. .... etc.
*He died on 6 Sept. 1336, and was buried in the Premonstratensian abbey of St. Agatha at Easby, close to Richmond, the patronage of which, with Burton Constable and other lands, he had purchased from the descendant of Roald, constable of Richmond, who founded it in 1151. Scrope was considered its second founder. He had greatly augmented his paternal inheritance (Kirkby's Quest, pp. 230, 335–7, 354, 358). '''His wife was Margaret, daughter either of Lord Roos or of Lord Fitzwalter. She afterwards married Sir Hugh Mortimer of Chelmarsh, Shropshire, and lived until 1357. Their three sons'''—William, Stephen, and Richard—were all under age at his death. William, born 1320, distinguished himself in the French and Scottish wars, and died 17 Nov. 1344, of a wound received at the battle of Morlaix in Brittany, two years before. He left no issue, and his next brother, Stephen, having predeceased him, the estates passed to Richard (1327?–1403) [q. v.], first Baron Scrope of Bolton and chancellor of England.

*'''Sir Henry le Scrope (b. in or before 1268 – 7 September 1336) was an English lawyer, and Chief Justice of the King's Bench for two periods between 1317 and 1330'''. He was the eldest son of Sir William le Scrope (c. 1259 – c. 1312), who was bailiff to the earl of Richmond in Richmondshire. Henry’s younger brother Geoffrey was also a lawyer who probably advanced through the influence of his older brother. Geoffrey served as Chief Justice four times between 1324 and 1338.
* .... etc.
* .... '''He was married to a Margaret, perhaps the daughter of either Lord Ros or Lord Fitzwalter. Together they had three sons. Margaret outlived him until 1357, and after his death married Sir Hugh Mortimer of Chelmarsh, Shropshire'''. When Sir Henry died on 7 September 1336, he was buried in the Premonstratensian abbey of St Agatha at Easby, close to Richmond. '''Of his three sons, the eldest''', William, was a soldier who distinguished himself in the French and Scottish wars, and died in 1344. In 1358 he obtained a charter for free warren in all his demesne lands at Musgrave and Souleby, in Westmoreland, with power to impark his woods, called Hevennings, containing 200 acres.
