This person is not William the Silent as the author of the profile listed him. William the Silent was the nickname for Willem van Nassau-Dillenburg, Prins van Oranje, Stadhouder van Holland, Zeeland en Utrecht. Prince Willem died in 1584, the year this person was supposedly born. Adding a phantom title that clearly could not belong to this person only serves to bring the validity of the entire profile into question.

FYI

Jan Wallis is the father on Anna Wallis, who married Wolfert Webber (de Jonge).

There is a well refuted claim that Wolfert's father, sometimes called Wolfert Webber de Oude, was an illegitimate son of William the Silent. Despite being completely untrue this family structure is still very commonly presented by online family trees.

It would seem that someone who still believed the claimed link to Willem became a bit confused and added his name to the wrong branch of the family.
