Has any person researching the Pretorius surname come across any info on my Great Grandfather Hendrik Stephanus Pretorius?
He was born on 2 August 1881 in Uitenhage. He married Alice Caroline Kruger (Davidson) (17.08.1894-23.03.1980) and they had 2 boys: Barend John and my grandfather Joshua Frederick (10.07.1931-03.01.2006). I only know they had a family farm in Vryburg. I cannot find any other information on either of my Great Grandparents. Any help would be much appreciated - Anita
