Nah, FamilyTreeDNA - FTDNA, is alot better and has a deal with Geni which will give the Geni user a discount. 23andme also focus alot more on a persons medical DNA trying to find genetical diseases, while FTDNA is pure genealogical. So if you would like a DNA-company that focuses on genealogy, you should chose FTDNA https://www.geni.com/dna-tests
Always check both familytreedna's website as well as geni's if about to order that test - as sometimes one, sometimes the other has a better deal going on the price. At present, think it is the same either way.
Also, last I heard, 23andme had stopped including the medical info - FDA got after them, and they had to change their test.
See links from this page -- Justin gives two links, I give one - for info and/or comparing tests/companies: http://www.geni.com/discussions/145023?msg=1016337
I have tested with FamilyTreeDNA and read their Forums enough to know some prefer other sites, some want to test at all three: 23andme, ancestry, and familytreedna, etc.
