Hey I have that my 7th great grandfather Richard Nichols' mother is Elizabeth Wood, and some of you have that and others had that Richard's mother was Mary Curtiss. Are Elizabeth Wood and Mary Curtiss the same person, if so, then I'm wondering why she changed her maiden name to Wood if her parents both had Curtiss as their last name?
